Microsoft has stopped advertising on Facebook and Instagram

Advertising on social networks Facebook and Instagram was suspended by the American corporation Microsoft. This was announced on June 29 by the Axios Internet portal, referring to data from the internal Microsoft corporate portal. According to information obtained by Axios, the discontent of the management of Microsoft Corporation caused the fact of placing advertising publications next to undesirable content that is associated with incitement to hatred, pornography and terrorism. It is noted that the decision of the corporation's leadership is in no way connected with the boycott announced earlier by a number of large companies on advertising on Facebook and other social networks owned by the company of the same name. Microsoft plans to resolve all issues that arose when advertising with Facebook management by August this year. Earlier, the news agency reported that the management of Microsoft Corporation approved a new retail strategy, which provides for the closure of all physical stores.
